Polaris Ranger 700 Alternator Kit



This alternator kit is a must if your battery is going to keep up with your stereo, lights and accessories! This kit uses a 65 amp alternator driven off of the crank shaft with a cog belt and pulleys to eliminate slippage and reduce bearing load. (A v-belt drive requires 50-100 lbs of tension to reduce belt slip, this means a much higher HP draw and bearing load than the superior cog design.) The alternator is a high quality automotive design used in racing and marine applications and will not be damaged by submerging under water. And now comes with a seal for the clutch cover so your clutch is safe from dust and water. This is a easy to install completely bolt on kit with easy to read instructions. Only minor cutting of plastic parts is required. A total one wire system- no switches or complicated wiring involved!
