    HMF Yamaha Rhino 660 (04-07) Exhaust System

    Yamaha’s Rhino 660 offers an abundance of features that has put it at the top of the UTV ranks. The 660cc, liquid-/oil-cooled, four-stroke, five-valve engine responds perfectly to the HMF Dual Performance System. On the dyno, we noticed a 14% increase in horse power across the power curve with an insane amount of torque. This allowed the Yamaha Rhino 660 to travel through terrain it never used to be able to conquer.

    HMF Performance Series: Setting the standard for power and value, the HMF Performance Series has been tested for over a decade with endless championships. The specially designed, unrestricted core allows the exhaust to increase power evenly throughout the entire power curve. The Performance Series has the signature HMF sound with industry-leading end cap and color options, giving you a completely custom look and sound.

    Swamp Series: Don’t let the name fool you, the Swamp Series is more than a deep-mudding machine. It is the original in setting new standards for horse power, sound, and durability. What makes the Swamp Series so unique is the 5-inch diameter shell. This gives the exhaust more internal volume which, in turn, produces larger horse power gains. The large mechanical core directs and controls sound pulses to keep sound levels approximately 1-2 dB over stock. It’s shell is made of 304 stainless steel and the inlet is TIG-welded shut for a water tight seal.

    Swamp XL Series: The younger brother of the Swamp Series, the Swamp XL (extra loud) offers slightly more horse power than the standard Swamp Series. What makes this exhaust different is the non-restrictive core. Since there is nothing inside the core controlling sound pulses, the exhaust is louder than ever. Strap this to your machine and we guarantee you will be heard by everyone.

    All HMF exhausts feature:

    * USFS approved spark arrestor included
    * 304 stainless steel flanges, headpipes & S-bends
    * Tough T6061 aluminum or lightweight Carbon Kevlar exhaust shells
    * Volumized, high performance glass wool packing
    * Significantly lighter when compared to stock systems
    * Made in the U.S.A.

    HMF Yamaha Rhino 700 (08-10) Exhaust system

    At the heart of the Yamaha Rhino 700 is a fuel-injected 686cc liquid/oil-cooled four-stroke engine that feeds a high/low range Ultra-matic transmission. The HMF Swamp Series exhaust systems take advantage of the Rhino's unique three-position On-Command In/Out 4WD. On the dyno, we picked up a 10% horse power gain across the power curve and a tremendous increase in torque. Sound levels were extremely close to stock and with the HMF Quiet Core installed, fell below stock.

    Swamp Series: The HMF Swamp Series was designed specifically for quads that need pure, all out horsepower. Through the deep, muddy waters to the starting line of the GNCC, the Swamp Series blisters power that gives you absolute control. It features a 5" stainless steel exhaust and produces very little sound dB over stock. And with the optional HMF Quiet Core, most machines can see a dB decrease over stock!

    Swamp XL Series: The cousin of the Swamp Series, the Swamp XL Series delivers the same insane power as the Swamp Series but with an unrestricted sound level. If you want to be heard tearing up the track or busting through the woods, the XL is the pipe your looking for. Also in a 5" stainless steel can, this beast will give you all the power and noise you can handle.

    All HMF exhausts feature:

    * USFS approved spark arrestor included
    * 304 stainless steel flanges, headpipes & S-bends
    * Tough T6061 aluminum or lightweight Carbon Kevlar exhaust shells
    * Volumized, high performance glass wool packing
    * Significantly lighter when compared to stock systems
    * Made in the U.S.A.

    K&N Yamaha Rhino 660 Aircharger System

    K&N Yamaha Rhino Performance Air Filter Intake System Now Available!

    The Yamaha Rhino is taking the utility vehicle world by storm. Originally developed for work it has become one of the most sought after off-road toys.

    K&N Engineering developed a 63 Series AirCharger Intake System for the 2004 though 2006 Yamaha YXR660 Rhino. The powder coated aluminum intake tube is topped off with an oversized K&N High Flow XStream® Top Filter for optimum air flow. K&N also includes a K&N DryCharger wrap which goes over the top of the K&N Air Filter. With the K&N DryCharger wrap in place, dirt and water are kept out of the K&N Air Filter increasing service intervals.

    A simple bolt on with K&N’s complete AirCharger Intake offers the stock Yamaha Rhino YXR660 an additional 4.35 horsepower. “K&N’s Research and Development team has been working overtime,” said K&N Powersports Brand Manager John Jump. “Starting from the ground and working their way up, the team opened up the stock Rhino with the development of this K&N Air Intake allowing it to breathe freely and provide maximum power.”

    “An included chrome top crank case breather mounts on the air intake tube and connects to the engine's crank case vent hose,” said K&N Powersports Manager Johnny Jump. “We also provide a main jet to add increased fuel and all mounting hardware to keep everything in place during those rough off-road excursions.”

    MCX Yamaha Rhino 660 Turbo

    The 660 Rhino kit was the first commercially produced OHV kit by MCX of Sweden. Although the single cylinder is a challenge to turbo charge effectively, the kit produces over 60 rear wheel horsepower. The kit is shipping with a custom turbo piston, turbo CDI, a dual stage Uni intake filter as well as a CVT filter and boost gauge. Jets are also included for the changes needed. However, these jets are a base and fueling need to be checked and possibly modified for proper fuel ratio. The turbo is mounted under the bed and utilizes the stock muffler. The fan cooled intercooler as well as the intake are located under the drivers seat. The intake can be easily moved for those riding in conditions that are not favorable for this layout.

    If you are capable of removing and re-installing the cylinder to change the piston on the Rhino, you can easily install this turbo kit. An average home mechanic should be able to do the install in 8-10 hours if it is their first installation. There is minor cutting involved and no required welding although it is suggested to weld two parts for a guaranteed seal rather than clamp them. This kit is designed to run at 11 PSI on premium pump gas and will double the horsepower of a stock Rhino.

    MCX Yamaha Rhino 700 Turbo

    With the introduction of the fuel injected 700 Rhino, MC Xpress was able to incorporate some of the their EFI kit features that have been very successful in the snowmobile market. The EFI system add a secondary injector or injectors for the additional needed fuel and is controlled by their 3rd generation proprietary EFI control box. This system adds any extra fuel needed for proper fuel ratio due to increases in boost. The system will also maintain proper fueling for environmental changes, such as changes in altitude. A TCV is incorporated in the system and controls boost pressure so that sea level horsepower is maintained at any elevation.

    The kit is complete and includes a new turbo piston and custom programmed Dynatek ignition module. The stock airbox is designed to be utilized in the system for the quietness and the benefits of its location. A custom muffler with a USFS approved spark arrestor is installed after the turbo so that you will have much more horsepower while remaining quiet. If you are capable of removing and re-installing the cylinder to change the piston on the Rhino , you can easily install this turbo kit.
